About this artwork
This work is part of a series of paintings I created using video, filming the entire creative process from start to finish, non-stop, and therefore without pauses. The video was then sped up to create a short clip where you can admire the final result appearing as if by magic. You can view the timelapse video in the video section, and the source video file is included with the work at no additional cost.
In my paintings I use different media/techniques,… for this series I almost always used markers, one of the most difficult techniques for creating photorealistic paintings.
Personally, I have always had a real passion for liquids, especially splashes. I have painted, rendered, and photographed a multitude of them.
