My more abstract series are always inspired by the earth, its magical beauty, and my concern about the dangers that threaten us. Water pollution, tsunamis, disappearance of primary forests, loss of ancestral values, uprooting...

To say the unspeakable, to report the emotion of a moment in front of a landscape, a century-old tree, a piece of music, a look... To show without telling too… much, to immerse oneself completely in a past moment, to find smells, flavors, the warmth of the sun on my skin, the sound of the surf... to reinvent a world, to immerse myself in it and capture its energy. My research led me to use clay mounted on canvas, impastos, the mounting of tissue paper, and mixed techniques where resin, pigments, acrylic, oil are combined...
