About this artwork

We are all familiar with the Wheel Of Fortune. The wheel that is turned in quizshows. The numbers ore objects on the wheel are an indication of what the prize might be. My wheel of misfortune is more about Murphy’s law, what goes down, must go down, the chaos theory, the butterfly-effect. There is a logical ring to these terms but… it is really quiet scientifically*. Who reviews the world with eyes open knows deep inside that winning is not a constant factor. We are looking upon our selves as winners more and more. Where there’s a winner, there are losers. I notice that since halfway the 20th century we starting to regard on life as feasible and that we all could be winners. You can create your own destiny and if you put your mind to it
