I crafted this sculpture to celebrate the raw harmony between strength and organic chaos. Using bronze's boldness and wood’s natural warmth, I shaped this freestanding form to invoke curiosity and resilience. It brings a vibrant, grounded energy to any space, inviting reflection on nature's unpredictable beauty and endurance. This piece embodies the thrilling dance of textures and forces that live within us all.

Munteanu Dragos Catalin
Romania
Munteanu Dragos Catalin is a Romanian sculptor working primarily in bronze and stone, drawing from a lineage of stone masons and rigorous academic training. His expressive, often sketch-like figurative works and zoomorphic themes are shaped using raw, almost primitive techniques like chainsaw and axe, fusing hyper-expressionism with romantic sensibility. His sculptures explore human emotion, the dynamic tension between fullness and emptiness, and capture a haunting, sensitive beauty born from perseverance and obsession.
