He is neither beast nor god — but something in between. A sentinel. Each scale carries the memory of a dream he once protected. His eyes, burning with gentle fire, see what sleepers cannot.
He comes when nightmares stir. Not with force — but with presence. The kind that makes fear remember it was never as large as it seemed.…
His mane crackles with starlight. His breath clears the fog. And for those who truly believe — he leaves something behind. A shard of his light, small enough to carry, strong enough to matter.
I painted him as a guardian for the part of you that still dreams.
The part that hasn't given up on wonder.
The part that knows, somewhere beneath the noise of the day, that magic is not something you find.
It is something you remember.
