About this artwork
"LEAVE TRACKS" is a work from the UPCYCLING series. Instead of throwing away used objects, the artist had the idea of creating new works from them. It not only contributes to sustainability, but in turn creates beauty that has its very own character.
A whole new level of creativity was required by being limited to a specific material and a selection of things to bring to life. However, the artist gladly accepted this challenge and worked on a canvas… with her children's toy cars, which had already had their day. In addition, she created strong contrasts and a deep three-dimensionality with gold paint and other means.
LEAVING TRACKS also has a symbolic meaning by alluding to tire tracks in the snow.
The whole work is bursting with creativity.

Natalie Schwarz is a German painter who has exhibited on a national level as well as in France, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. Both her abstract and realistic pieces speak of acceptance, hope, joy and beauty. Inspired by her religious beliefs, Schwarz also incorporates visions, dreams and poetic verses into her compositions. She creates using acrylics, mixed media, alcohol inks and resin.
