About this artwork
In this work, I explore the plasticity of the female body through generalized, almost bronze-like forms. The nude figures are united by a shared rhythm and a state of calm, existing outside of time and specific space.
Against this backdrop, a single clothed figure appears - a woman with a vessel, rendered in a more mosaic-like, grounded manner. This contrast is intentional: she introduces a sense of reality and everyday life, opposing the nude figures’… abstract, almost symbolic nature.
