In this work, I expressed the raw power and mystery of fire through vibrant colors and dynamic forms. Each brushstroke conveys intense emotion, blending passion and energy. I wanted this painting to transcend the visible, awakening an almost metaphysical feeling, an inner fire that illuminates and animates the space where it will be placed.

Omphale Forhan is a painter and art therapist, trained at the École des Beaux-Arts in Blois, with degrees in Art History and Cultural Mediation, and a passion for textiles and haute couture. She works with oil paints applied with a palette knife, acrylics, collage, resin, and India ink, blending figuration and lyrical abstraction, sometimes adorned with gold leaf.
