In the image, areas of color overlap, appearing partially transparent and thus allowing glimpses into the underlying layers. From these overlays emerges a structure of color, trace, and material. The individual areas interact, touching, overlapping, and gradually forming a cohesive whole. The composition oscillates between density and openness. Some zones appear calm and flat, while others show traces of the artist's work and a subtle inner movement.…
This creates a tension that defies a single, definitive interpretation. In the lower section, a calm color field stabilizes the image. Above this, a gray zone forms, in which dark dots appear like a loose field. Fine lines connect the areas and extend into the upper section.
