About this artwork
In this work, the structure emerges from many fine lines that slowly spread across the surface. They react to each other, change their direction, and condense into a dense network of movements.
The composition is divided into elongated sections. This division creates a calm rhythm across the entire surface while simultaneously allowing each section to develop its own dynamic.
Up close, the structure resembles currents, wood grain, or geological… lines. From a distance, everything merges into a calm, flowing movement across the entire image.
This work also belongs to the Bounds series, in which I explore how forms develop when movement encounters limitation.
