About this artwork
In "Paths," I evoke the multiple paths that unfold throughout a life. Circles and arcs intersect, converge, or diverge, like so many possible trajectories. Each shape opens a passage, each color influences a direction. I seek balance within this movement, precisely where several paths remain possible.

Stéphanie Bardy works primarily with collage, drawing on a rich background spanning Parisian art schools and experience in children's publishing. Her works are contemporary abstract art, with intuitive, graphic compositions that combine the power of geometric shapes with the vibrancy of bold colors. She cuts, assembles, and superimposes each fragment like a musical score, balancing symmetry and freedom. Her art invites contemplation and a silent, personal dialogue, seeking to make the invisible perceptible, while conveying intense emotions and poetry beyond narrative.
