Quite often I see my future art compositions in that brief state of lucid dreaming just before I fall asleep or wake up. I typically reach to my phone and sketch something immediately before it’s gone. Lately I’ve had this sort of octagonal or geometric vision emerging from my subconscious, this piece is my first take. I may continue to explore it.
