DANCE
The Dance's scenes have always inspired me. I often observe these scenes and they get printed in my memory. Sometimes. I've been watching these events closely, trying to explain the situation psychologically. I am aware that this is my interpretation, but this is the art, seen through the prism of the Creator. The scene I see is just a reason to unleash my fantasies, and I'm beginning to see it all as a movie. Sometimes I am using a camera… when I decide that some details are important and that they are not sealed that clearly in my mind

Steven Lamb is an award-winning artist based in Canada whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States and Brazil. Creating in a distinctive style which he describes as being both whimsical and grotesque, he views his works as a tool for social commentary, not to criticize, but rather, to amuse and entertain. Lamb takes viewers on a journey through the streets of Montreal and Paris, often portraying café scenes, circuses, musicians, and clowns.
