About this artwork
Walking along the river where I live, the subtle colors along the river speak of peaceful moments to me. Quiet waters move along the rocky riverbank and reflect the moody sky above that hints of the coming winter months. The late autumn frosts have pulled most of the color from the shrubs and trees, leaving only the pines and the dormant plant life to murmur of the colors that will come in the spring.
