In nature, muscari might seem like modest spring flowers, but in plaster, their true character unfolds. Their dense, bell-shaped clusters create a striking, highly textured relief that literally pushes out of the flat surface towards… you. This artwork embodies Boldness—the courage to announce your presence, to stop hiding, and to refuse to smooth out your edges. Within the deep blue space of the background, this boldness is never aggressive; rather, it is a quiet yet unyielding confidence to take up space and be fully, multidimensionally yourself.

Credentials
- Works on commission
Tetiana Yalovets (Junipеr ) is a Ukrainian sculptor specializing in botanical bas-reliefs, creating heavy, textured wall sculptures for modern interiors. She uses live plants to leave exact imprints in clay matrices, filling the negative space with plaster to permanently capture the intricate details and textures of each specimen—a process that ensures each work is unique. Her art explores the deep connections between the botanical world and human memory, evoking contemplation, wonder, and reverence for the beauty found in nature’s quiet, imperfect moments.
