About this artwork
This picture is a collaboration between father and son. An abandoned picture from his son's studio serves as the basis for this work. The colorful graffiti is complemented here by an art-historical quote from the Berlin Picture Gallery. The quotation fits into the given color fields and gives the picture a suggested depth of space. This combination creates a fresh, unusual visual impression that combines spontaneity and solid craftsmanship.
