About this artwork
A few years ago, my dear friend gave me this beautiful bouquet of flowers, not from Fleurop, but picked directly from the meadow that was still partly covered in snow. I was so happy about it that I immediately turned it into art.
In any case, I still feel joy when I look at the picture while vacuuming, for example: captured happiness, crystallized time of life, calm consciousness.
In its understated way, the snowdrop is a flower that represents… me very well. In the Middle Ages, the snow-white flower was an attribute of Mary among the monks because it embodied purity, humility and virginity.
However, the Celts had already worshipped it in connection with the vegetation goddess Brigid as a bringer of spring. As the first flower in the new year, its tenderness can connect you to your "inner child".
Wolfgang Eberhardt, a passionate painter, discovered his artistic talent through emotional experiences. His figurative works are created through careful use of charcoal, color pigments and binding agents, creating images full of magic and impulse. His art is a bridge of communication, with the aim of reaching the viewer deeply and triggering emotion. With love as his strongest force, he always strives to express true human feelings through his art.
