The Melody machine No. II. or 'Per speculum in aenigmate...' is also an automatic music machine, which uses a melodion - as its core instrument - for which I used the ancient method of the control cylinder (the same mechanic principle which was used in hidraulic organs of ancient times or carillons in mediaeval times and also the popular music boxes of today) mechanism, and there's also a mysterious
'mirror-painting'...
