For many years,… I have devoted myself to the medium of paper. Its versatility and the possibility of making it myself make it an inexhaustible field of experimentation. Combined with found objects such as posters, packaging, and other printed materials, it opens up endless possibilities for shaping my art. Painting creates a third dimension, lending the work a fascinating depth.

Conny Gabora completed his art studies at the Kolbermoor Academy as a master student of Professor Markus Lüpertz. He is a passionate painter and draftsman. He works with a figurative-abstract aesthetic, creating flowing acrylic surfaces and incorporating drawings into them. His works reflect a bold expression of utopia and rebellion against oppressive social realities and illustrate his desire to foreground a 'Pling, pling, superding world.'
