About this artwork

Enter Blossom, the unfolding of a new series, and the first piece of the series, dedicated to the best parts of a whole. This is a brand new series, and will unfold in the upcoming days. It is focussed on the little parts of a whole, that grab us, as in the button in a favorite sweater, or the corner of a moulding that is captivating. All the possibly mundane pieces in a life, in a day that remind us of something larger, yet in that moment we can… pause, breathe and contemplate the origins of this little treasured, fragment of life Imagine dissecting a beach shell, not in reality, but in your mind, or wheels as they turn into a driveway, it is like that, the study or close examination of a pleasant detail, that evokes some wonderful memory. It is framed in warm silver leaf wooden frame and wired for hanging.
