About this artwork
I created Beyond Boundaries during a quiet moment while staying in a hotel in London, where I felt both accompanied and deeply alone.
In this image, I explore the tension between disconnection and freedom. Looking outward, the body appears open, yet the moment remains inward—held between presence and distance, exposure and restraint.
There is vulnerability, but also a quiet strength in allowing myself to simply exist. Through the body, something… more internal surfaces—something felt rather than seen.
Working in black and white, I focus on light and shadow to create a timeless, contemplative atmosphere.
Printed on 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper, this is a unique work, signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
