When I painted Blue Streak, I was chasing the feeling of pure freedom — that moment when energy breaks loose and finally moves. The blue came first, fast and unstoppable, sweeping across the canvas like a rush of wind or a wave cutting through still water. I didn’t try to control it — I let it lead. Plaster, acrylic, found objects and broken glass under epoxy on canvas. The textures carry that movement, that breath, that release. This piece is about… letting go of resistance and allowing life to take you forward. To me, Blue Streak is movement, clarity, and the courage to flow instead of fight.
I was born in Germany and now live with the love of my life between two places that inspire my soul—the Sequoia National Forest in California and the rolling hills of Umbria, Italy. I am a self-taught artist and author who has held a pencil, a crayon, or a paintbrush in my hand since childhood. Before becoming a full-time artist, I built and ran a multimillion-dollar company and later turned my journey of transformation into books about healing and authenticity. My art is deeply textured and vibrant, created with plaster, paint, and found materials. I believe art is more than decoration—it heals. Science confirms it changes brain chemistry, calms the nervous system, and lifts the spirit. I intend to create work that not only enhances a space but also quietly touches everyone who enters it—inviting peace, joy, and truth.
