About this artwork

As I painted this piece, I was drawn to capture both the grandeur of the dramatic sky and the intimate details of light reflecting in wet sand and tidal pools. The turbulent clouds above contrast with the peaceful reflections below, creating that sense of reverence I feel when witnessing nature's quiet power.
