"Light Stones" is a poetic work from my "Burning Blacklights" cycle that captures the harmony between natural structure and radiant luminosity. In this light object, earthy textures merge with shimmering color accents that emerge like glowing stones from a surreal landscape.
The composition comes to life through the complexity of the materials, which have been given their unique texture and radiance by fire and pigments. The intense light accents… in blue, pink and green symbolize cosmic energy and natural elements. Thanks to the integrated LED technology, the "light stones" unfold their full luminosity and change with the viewer's perception, creating a magical dynamic of depth.
“Light Stones” is an invitation to explore the subtle connection between earth and light – an artistic statement about the power of the elements and the beauty of the moment.

Born in Austria, I discovered my passion for the art of engraving and steel engraving early on, a passion later expanded through the transformative power of fire in my Burningpictures. Using mixed media on linen, wood, and ceramics, I employ fire as a central design element. In my Burningpictures, I reveal the hidden secrets of nature and invite the viewer to experience the ever-changing interplay of light, color, and texture. The fire creates a magical visibility of the invisible—a powerful and liberating transformation.
