Christopher Lee Chang is a Canadian painter, writer, and therapist. His work is devoted to a single question: What becomes possible when we learn to see one another differently?
Working through painting, psychotherapy, poetry, and public dialogue, Christopher explores love not simply as emotion, but as a way of seeing that transforms individuals, relationships, and culture. His paintings, including A Stranger at the Gate, Archetypal Complex, and The Four Faces of God (selected for display at the U.S. Ambassador to Canada’s residence), function as contemporary visual midrash, inviting viewers into deeper reflection and relationship.
His first released book, The Book of Reflection: Love as Seeing, brings together psychology, Khabalistic wisdom, contemplative practice, and poetic reflection to propose that love is first a discipline of perception, offering a path toward more conscious and compassionate living.
