« I am amazed by the world, the paradox of its mortality, and our sense of something eternal. I hope to communicate my response to this paradox through my work. »
David Martsolf is an award-winning American artist whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally. He describes the universal themes of life and death "viewed through the eyes of amazement" as the main message in his works. In addition, Martsolf's interest in cosmology, as well as the concept of infinity, both physical and metaphysical, are also explored in his diverse compositions. He creates using oils on canvas.
