Michael Doering is an experienced American painter with international exposure. He seeks to create art that is as raw and expressive as possible, focusing on highlighting both visual and conceptual contrasts such as those between old and new, slow and fast, controlled and spontaneous. His compositions blur negative and positive space, merging them into a united co-existence of strength and nuance, clarity and mystery.
