“Interface” explores the relationship between the human and the… digital, a recurring theme in my work, where identity is constructed through codes, screens, and filtered realities. The female figure, with a geometric and translucent structure over her eyes, represents this new way of seeing and being seen, mediated by algorithms and invisible systems. Through this work, I question how self-image is formed in a context where the digital permeates the intimate. Despite the fragmentation and artificial layers, the work maintains a profoundly human essence.

Adrian Gonzalez torres

Adrian González Torres (Cuba, 1993) showed an early interest in color drawing and sculpture, creating wooden figures inspired by his imagination. He participated in workshops and art competitions until he confirmed his vocation, which solidified when he entered the Professional School of Visual Arts in his province, where he graduated in sculpture. Later, he expanded his practice to include painting, curating, and photography, participating in competitions and group exhibitions. He currently resides in Madrid, where he continues to create and works with the Tape Art technique, developing a geometric, abstract, and figurative style characterized by contrasts, precise lines, and transparencies. His work invites introspection, celebrates the everyday, and expresses a search for balance and harmony within the complexity of life.
