About this artwork
It’s a moment of quiet, caught in a sunlit patch on a wooden surface — the taste of summer, the lightness of morning, and the comfort of a kitchen where everything breathes warmth.
A crisp lettuce, a crunchy cucumber, and vibrant tomatoes — simple protagonists of this scene. Their natural beauty is enhanced by expressive brushstrokes in an impressionistic style with elements of abstraction.… The contrast between defined forms and a dynamic, textured background gives the painting a sense of life and motion.
This artwork is about the present moment — so simple, and yet so precious. About everyday beauty that hides in plain sight, about quiet joy and the comfort of home.
Size: 40 × 40 × 1 cm
Medium: Oil on linen canvas
This painting can be displayed as a diptych with “Sunlit Harvest” (inventory number 1910202504).
