A window. Three panes. An inside looking out — or an outside that cannot get in.
At the centre, a face. Dark hair, red lips, one eye visible — the other in shadow.
The pixel pittorico - my pictorial language - fragments the skin into layers of colour applied with a palette knife, red, violet, white, orange — and yet the face holds.
To the left, an open hand. An ancient, universal gesture. Stop. Or perhaps: I am here.
To the right, fingers barely… visible — presences that remain at the edges.
Freedom is this boundary. The glass that separates without isolating. The hand that holds back and calls at the same time.
Who is inside? Who is outside? The window gives no answer.
The fragment reveals everything that an answer would close.

She draws inspiration from current reality, where "haste is the mother of stress". Through bright colors and material pixels, Cassa translates the spirit of woman, including her emotions and her journey towards freedom. Her striking compositions are created using oils on canvas.
