About this artwork
This semi-abstract landscape is about all we can observe in nature. The visual parts, like mountains, or the horizon, and also the geological invisible ones. The painting especially sings with the turbulent beauty of the earth's layers. A transformative energy, resonating deeply with the viewer's own experiences of the natural world. Although we will never be able to truly experience all parts of it, all these layers are out there.

« I like to play with reality, colors, light, shapes, movements, and transform images. They might appear a little distorted, even if realistic, but I always search for harmony. »
Bea Evers is an artist based in the Netherlands whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Italy. While the themes in her works have changed throughout the years, her current pieces are primarily semi-abstract landscapes. Evers describes her art as an invitation to the viewer to feel a sense of spaciousness, while also "giving the eye something to search for". She most often creates using acrylics and charcoal on wood or canvas.
