About this artwork
'Tech’n’Roll' channels the visual language of modern infrastructure into a dense, rhythmic collage of warning symbols, industrial graphics and fragmented codes. Stripes, QR markers, security labels, and directional arrows collide across a monochrome ground punctuated by sharp bursts of neon Pantone orange and yellow (impossible to reproduce in a scan), evoking the speed and overload of contemporary digital life.
The work references systems designed… to guide, monitor, and protect, yet their layering creates ambiguity rather than clarity. Familiar symbols become abstracted and unstable, reflecting a world increasingly mediated through technology, automation and constant visual noise. Torn edges and hand-built composition interrupt the slickness of these industrial forms, reintroducing human touch into a space dominated by systems and control.
