About this artwork
An original upcycling work made from a mosaic of colored aluminum squares, cut from cans collected everywhere. These "pixels" are stapled onto a PVC panel (a support recovered from printing shops), without adding paint.
A mosaic of intense blues, like those of Reunion Island, nicknamed "the intense island," represented by a band of dodos. At a time when these wild inhabitants populated the coasts and beer cans did not yet exist.
