About this artwork
In my painting "Growth" I show the journey of personal and spiritual development. On the right in the picture there is a woman - she represents all of us. In her hand she holds a watering can and waters the plants in front of her. These plants symbolize our thoughts. Watering means that we should consciously only nourish the thoughts that contribute to our success and our personal development.
On the left of the picture, a hand is reaching for a… stone that is growing from a plant. This stone is used to build a staircase. The colorful steps symbolize our path to success, which is formed from positive and strengthening thoughts. But some stones are missing - they represent the challenges and obstacles that we must overcome on our way. On the stairs there is a simple stick figure, a symbol of the desire for success and the strength that comes from a positive attitude.

Her work has been featured in Merkur magazine and published in the Belgian art magazine L'Eventail.

Another highlight followed in 2024: The artist won the ArtdeSuisse Cosmopolitan Prize, which included an exhibition in Lucerne and a feature in the spring issue of ArtdeSuisse. Her surreal works, characterized by vibrant colors and profound symbols, blend reality with fantasy and invite reflection.
