About this artwork
This object representing a feline is a multiple and is part of a series reproduced with a plaster mold starting from the original modeled by hand by the artist. The material used is a type of white clay containing kaolin which is called earthenware. After firing, the object was colored by the artist himself with acrylic enamel.
All felines - regardless of their size - are endowed with the same characteristics: they are capable of sudden leaps and… shooting with impressive acceleration, they are the predators par excellence but also perhaps the most beautiful animals. This panther in watchful waiting position is ready to shoot.

Daniele Nannini is an experienced sculptor and designer based in Italy whose works have been exhibited nationally and in Germany. In addition, his pieces are featured in publications such as Zoom Magazine, LIBER, etc. Begining his career as an illustrator for children's books, Nannini's drawings have always emphasized volumes. He now creates with clay, with a geometric measure in mind.
