About this artwork
I created this work for the Il Filo Rosso exhibition. Exploring the links between painting and music, I wanted to transpose the rhythm of Ella Fitzgerald's jazz into it.
The gesture then became a sentence, the color a harmony.
The lines that intersect and fork are all improvisations that create opportunities.
In the center, the sign reads “Out of Nowhere”. It doesn't provide directions but evokes those moments when a direction appears unexpectedly.…
In this tension between structure and freedom, poetry emerges from the unexpected…
