In this scene captured in the heart of Bangkok’s Skytrain, a character crosses a suspended footbridge while the city unfolds around him in lines, reflections and fragments of light.
Through this work, I try to bring out the fast pace of contemporary life and the ceaseless movement of large cities, made up of smells, colors, and human flows. These places of transit, which we pass through every day almost without noticing them, become spaces for contemplation.…
These urban structures, true works of architecture and engineering, reveal an unexpected beauty to me. Through the interplay of contrasts and vibrant touches, the space is transformed: a glance, an encounter, an unforeseen event can suddenly open the place to reverie.
A suspended moment then appears, like a silent pause in the heart of the city's tumult.
