In this image, the concrete and the symbolic converge. The melting glacier is not only evidence of climate… change, but also an expression of fragility, impermanence, and a world out of balance. At the same time, the work holds an “uncertain certainty”—an awareness that we exist within transformation without fully understanding its consequences.
Stenbeck’s photography invites the viewer to reflect on the relationship between the seen and the unseen, between nature and humanity. Through light, shadow, and contrast, a space for contemplation emerges, where the condition of nature mirrors our own existence.
