About this artwork
I created this acrylic painting to celebrate the richness of nature through vibrant shapes and colors, inspired by Aboriginal art. Each dot and pattern symbolizes the energy and harmony between life and the landscape. This artwork will exude a joyful and invigorating atmosphere, filling your space with a warm and vibrant presence.
"At the threshold of the Garden of Eden, Eve stands,
fertile shade at the edge of the grasses.
Before her the golden… apple trees are ablaze,
spheres of light, fruits of mystery.
Here, no prohibitions, but the offering of a world:
every tree is a sun, every fruit a star,
and in the night of Eve eternity takes root."
FLOD, a French painter and sculptor based in Spain, works mainly in painting using dot art, spirals and gold; she draws on a self-taught background and studies at the Beaux-Arts in Avignon. Her technique lies between the abstract and the figurative, she gives herself entirely to this indefinite sphere which requires both poetry and mastery of technique. She favors a symbolic, unreal and poetic approach; each work, singular, honors the magic of colors and the generosity of the material. She infuses her art with dreams, escape, and a vibrant joy, deeply touching the soul of the spectator.
