About this artwork
“CORRELATION” is an ode to the interdependence between humans and nature, where geometry becomes the universal language that connects all forms of life. The work celebrates the flow of energy, harmony, and co-creation between humans and the universe around them; in the center, I wanted a nod to the Vitruvian Man who seems to radiate energy, a symbol of the harmony and balance that humans can maintain with their environment. a spiritual connection with humans. The hills and trees illustrate the geometry inherent in nature: repetition, symmetry, fractals, and spirals. The ground and peripheral details, such as spirals and stylized flowers, reinforce the feeling of interconnectedness between all elements.

FLOD, a French painter and sculptor based in Spain, works mainly in painting using dot art, spirals and gold; she draws on a self-taught background and studies at the Beaux-Arts in Avignon. Her technique lies between the abstract and the figurative, she gives herself entirely to this indefinite sphere which requires both poetry and mastery of technique. She favors a symbolic, unreal and poetic approach; each work, singular, honors the magic of colors and the generosity of the material.
