BLUE BIRD is not simply a bird: it is a mythical figure, mediator between earthly beauty and cosmic momentum. The bird, a universal figure of elevation, freedom and the messenger between heaven and earth. Here, through its geometric stylization, it becomes almost a totem, a spiritual emblem. FLOD, a French painter and sculptor based in Spain, works mainly in painting using dot art, spirals and gold; she draws on a self-taught background and studies at the Beaux-Arts in Avignon.
