“ONCE UPON A TIME” triptych that I constructed like a fresco, opens the doors to a marvelous tale.
In this turquoise universe where the sky merges with the ocean, doves are messengers of peace, flamingos dance like living flames, and fish travel between worlds. At the heart of the story, the seahorse stands like a mythical guardian, while the octopus unfolds its spirals of eternity. Solar flowers burst forth like terrestrial stars, and masks, figures… of dreams, invite you to sacred celebration. Everything is movement, everything is breath: an endless tale where water, air, and light are celebrated, where life itself becomes legend.

FLOD, a French painter and sculptor based in Spain, works mainly in painting using dot art, spirals and gold; she draws on a self-taught background and studies at the Beaux-Arts in Avignon. Her technique lies between the abstract and the figurative, she gives herself entirely to this indefinite sphere which requires both poetry and mastery of technique. She favors a symbolic, unreal and poetic approach; each work, singular, honors the magic of colors and the generosity of the material. She infuses her art with dreams, escape, and a vibrant joy, deeply touching the soul of the spectator.
