About this artwork
During a visit to Madrid, my path led me to the Terraza Corte, a pleasant place to enjoy tapas in a relaxed atmosphere. From there, I was treated to a stunning view of the vibrant Gran Via and the iconic building opposite, with its famous "El Letrero Schweppes" sign. I was particularly fascinated by the building's striking form, the dynamism of the surrounding architecture, and the extraordinary depth of this perspective. All of these visual impressions…
convinced me to create a large-format painting to capture this special mood and urban aesthetic and to artistically interpret it in my own personal style.
