About this artwork
This painting happens to be an old painting Kwesi made about 20years ago in Ghana, which he requested to be sent to him. It was sent to him about 2 years ago from Ghana. He has taken time and lots of patience to retouch it and made lots of changes. Kwesi has portrayed a group of seven figures predominantly women engaged in a synchronised performance playing large golden belled saxophones.
