About this artwork
In this work I seek to capture the intensity and ferocity of the tiger, one of the most majestic creatures that has ever walked on the planet. Despite being admired and revered, it is very vulnerable to extinction. Its powerful roar and fierce gaze are a metaphor for its fight and resistance. I used pencil, graphite and ink to bring to life the details of his fur and the defiant expression on his face. In each stroke, I have put my effort into transmitting…
the intensity of his gaze and the strength of his powerful roar, inviting the viewer to feel his imposing presence. I hope this piece communicates the admiration I feel for this magnificent feline.
