About this artwork
The brown alabaster stone started out as a square block of stone. After studying and thinking what I wanted to create, I decided to start carving it. AS flow of shapes began to appear my ideas began to go in the direction of something with a feel of motion. It had a feeling of a creature from deep in the ocean. The Final result is "Sea Orb"
