About this artwork
The original of this heliogravure is a 50 x 70 cm pencil drawing.
They are issued in a quantity of only 50 pieces, colored on request. Because it is different and made by hand, the heliogravure becomes the original.
A delicately indicated cross grows out of a colorful meadow, in which a human face can be guessed.
This corresponds to the philosophy of the artist, for whom God is the God of love and is immanent in nature.
From the foreground of… the picture, out of the darkness of the earth, morphologically definable meadow flowers grow into the light.
This heliogravure is also available as a black print.
Original and engravings have been presented at numerous art exhibitions, such as the "International Arts Guild" Monte-Carlo. It has been compared to Dürer's "Small Lawn", which, however, lacks a spiritual background.
It is the visually implemented statement of an artistic personality.
