The longing impression of a dream destination: Lake Maggiore (Italy) with gardenia blossoms that only exude their beguiling scent in memory...
Rising diagonally from the bottom slightly upwards, the beauty of this branch fills almost the entire picture. The flowers retain their whiteness in the gentle blue of the water. The green, hard leaves, however, partially take up the color, as do the mountains along the banks.
The castelli, which lie quietly… in the frame of the branch, are also kept in subtle colors.
Their smooth reflection indicates the stillness of the water.
