The work "District 24/1" is the first in the so-called "Districts" series. In this series I deal with fictional urban or industrial districts, which are depicted in a realistic style from a bird's eye view. The technical elements of the modern infrastructure create a hybrid of realistic civilisational surfaces and cubist/constructivist abstraction on the canvas.
