About this artwork
The "Palais d'Europe" in Strasbourg, with its aluminium-coated facade, changes its appearance slightly depending on the sunlight.
My idea was to capture this and transform the functional 1970s building, adorned with the flags of the European continent, into a picturesque scene. As Europe's leading human rights organization, the Council of Europe is a fundamental component of the "Places of Democracy" series.
